Sweetly fragrant, outward-facing Golden Dawn daffodil has greenish-yellow flowers with a bowl-shaped, orange cup that deepens as the blooms mature. This tazetta-type daffodil has multiple blooms on 12-16" tall stems. Golden Dawn is considered to be one of the best narcissus for hot, dry climates. It is a reliable March-bloomer in east Texas, extending the daffodil season after jonquils have finished blooming.
